I have a client who bought the CA. He was on ProActiv, hated the way it made him feel dry. He called me today, and said that he has to go back on the ProActiv, he broke out so bad. He did say he loved the way his skin felt, but his acne was horrible. I asked him to stay on it, and I would give him a sample of the TFEM. He is not too trilled with staying on it. I did tell him that it will take a while for the CA to work properly, but he is in medical school and does not want to have all this acne.

Hewants to use someproducts, but not CA that much. He is VERY oily. Any suggestions?

I am confused...he was dry from using the Proactiv but now he is oily?

anyway, I would encourage him to stick with the CA. It takes 4-6 weeks for results. Anytime there is a change in products, you are likely to breakout, which is probably what has happened. Make sure he is taking the supplement!

If it gets any worse, he really should go to the dermatologist.

Sorry! I wrote this right before leaving to class.

He is normally extremely oily. With the ProActiv is makes his face dry up so bad. He liked the fact CA did not dry him out but he did not feel that it helped with his acne.

I was wondering if he went on the Bio Matte line, if that would help his acne because he would not be producing so much oil.

My RVP explained to me that it is normal to have breakouts when you stop using ProActiv. This is associated with the harsh chemicals used in their product. They trick you into believing that you need to use the product or you will continue to have breakouts. Your customer will need to use Arbonne for at least 2 weeks before all the chemicals are removed from his faceas a result of usingProActiv. I hope this info helps!

I was a ProActiv user. It discolored all my sweaters! And it did dry me out.

I switched to CA. I loved it at first, then I broke out again. I have breakouts on my neck too. It's nasty. Anyway, I am sticking with it, and my face is starting to clear up. So I agree, give it at least 2 weeks. I just did the TFEM and loved it!

Now, I don't take the CA vitamins. My son is also using the CA. Since my experience, I have sold 2 CA's and someone else wants a sample.

Marissa, is your customer on any supplaments? My husband had acne for many years, cystic acne at that, but when he started using a calcium magnisiem zinc vitamin and changed his diet, he saw dramatic results. He has been pretty much acne free for about 20 years. He said he cut back on dairy products and started a good skin care regamin, which it sounds like your customer has done that. Anyway, maybe this will be helpful for you. I don't really know enough about the Arbonne products to say what will work and what may not work, but remember , it could be something going on enternally , not externally. I hope this helps!!!
