I put this together, thought i would post it if anyone would like to use it. Any suggestions to make it better? Thanks!!

This agreement is between Scent-Sations Independent Distributor, _____________ and Fundraising Organizer __________________ on _________ , 2006.

An agreement has been made between the two parties to sell 16 oz Jar Candles for a price of $______. The distributor has agreed to pay the organization the amount of $____ per jar sold.

It is the understanding of the participant that the order will be shipped directly to the above organization for distribution. Labels will also be included and the organization must agree to attach the distributor label to the back of each jar candle before delivery.

How ironic....I was thinking in bed last night and wondered if there was an agreement for fundraisers. I plan on focusing on that aspect this spring.
