I am wondering if anyone has good ideas for contests to run for my team. I have some ideas that I jotted down a few weeks ago, but am always looking for more!

What are some of the contests/promotions your company runs? Your team leader? You?

What did you like? Not like? Wish was different?

How many people are on your team (if it plays a part in the contest)?

Do you base it onsales volume? Or a "drawing" type where you would get one entry into the drawing for every $25 (or whatever) amount of sales? Or something else?

I want to be able to reward my team when they do well. The problem is not everyone has the same goals, which is why I try to shy away from rewarding the person with the top sales for the month (it just doesn't seem fair to those who are working their business to meet their goals which might be just to make $100 month.

One of the things I love about White Lily is the flexibility, and I don't want to discourage or exclude anyone on my team for not pushing pushing pushing their sales, b/c that might not be why they are in the business in the first place.

Any ideas or suggestions would be much appreciated! Thanks!

You could say that for every $10 in sales, they will get one drawing ticket. That way they can enter.

Or you can give reward credits. By that I mean that you can say if they reach 100 in credits they earn the reward. That way everyone can work at their own set pace. You can offer an extra incentive to those who reach it in a certain time frame. That way you can reward those who are really working their business. After all, they are probably the main part of your commission check. smileys/smiley2.gif

Hope that helps.
