Hi,
Has anyone used the new e-profile? How does this work? I thought it was from my website, but I don't see anything. Where do I send my clients coming to my spa to fill this out? I am confused......is in on BeautiNet?

The e-profile is suppose to be launching soon, but not sure when. You'll have to keep checking BeautiNet. I would think they will send us an e-mail when it's ready.

Is it? I got the first question to come up, but it won't select and proceed for me. It could be that it doesn't work in firefox, IE crashes every time I open it so I can't use that.

I was able to go through all of it. I do have explorer. Double check your settings maybe it is a matter of adjusting what you allow it to view.

Thanks, just went on and I have it up, however, how are our clients supposed to get to it as they can't log in to our sites? Still confused....

clients go to www.beauticontrol.com (http://www.beauticontrol.com) to access it. what i did was go to BC website and to the skin care quiz...copy that link and pasted it into my email signature.
