I just got off the phone with the Owner of ASI, John C. I just want to say that I had a wonderful conversation with him. He was very open, and honest about the company, and it sounds like a GREAT opportunity.
For those of you who are considering the opportunity with ASI, I would say GO FOR IT!

I know there have been many, many negative things stated about this company. However, I think those opinions are "INDIVIDUAL" opinions. With today's economic crisesbeing so stressful, and many of us needing a predictable income, with a stable and growing organization, I would say try it out.

Always, Always, find out about an organization for yourself. Do your own homework!!!! Your work ethics, your attitude, and your overall presentation of your self, will be totally different from the next person. Therefore, you will each have totally different experiences with every opportunity you go for. No one...I repeat....No one...myself included...can say who will, or will not succeed with an organization.

As with any company or organization that you are involved with, there will be some ups and downs, some peaks and valleys. If you have problems, or situations with managers, supervisors, etc.....the best, and most mature and responsible thing to do is address your concerns with them "directly". This is how I have always done business.

I feel if you show up, work hard, mind your business, and do what you have to do....it should work out for you.

God Bless......and I suggest you Go For It!http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley20.gif

It is IC. It is an answering Service. Not Sales. I can't discuss salary or anything because that is discussed on your interview.

I wish you the best. God Bless.

I have submitted my resume 2 times & have yet to hear anything back. I have tons of experience as a CSR and dealing w/people in general. I would think some kind of confirmation or even a "Sorry position is filled" would be indicated, but I haven't received any correspondence.

I posted my resume several times, also and no response from them.

I am more than sure they get TONs of resumes. I'm sure if you are patient they will get back to you.

Look at it this way....Just look at how many people have seen this post...Even though they have not responded in this area...they too are sending their resumes. That is A LOT of people.

You really have to be patient, you can't expect them to get to every one right away....if they get to everyone at all. It's just business

I generally submit my resume, and move on. If a client contacts me they contact me ...if they don't ...they don't. That is how you have to look at it.

God Bless

I was also contacted by John today and hired right away! He is such a nice man and I am excited to be with this company. I start on Tuesday. Rachael is a super nice person also. He said he has TONS of resumes and is going through them BUT only getting back to people that would fit with the company. The hours are SO flexible and I am super excited!

They need a better web site. Maybe one of us can sell him them one. Hmmm, lol.

They are a small company and as I see it now growing cause there was a lot of confusion when I was hired, but I think they got it turned qround now. I have seen a lot of changes since I have been here for the better.

I can now go out and schedule myself 2 months in advance. Pretty cool and it fits my busy life style.

It is great because it pays by the hour and long term. It is easy as long as you read the screen, you are literally dealing with life and death type of calls so they are looking for a specific type of resume. I sent mine a few times before I was called.
