Sitel HomeShore, Sitel’s work-at-home program, is designed to provide associates with the freedom and flexibility of working remotely. Sitel HomeShore is very much like working at one of our call centers. You apply and receive professional training within Sitel’s business training center.
Then, once you are fully prepared, upon graduation and certification that you have been given the necessary skills and knowledge to be a Sitel HomeShore Associate, you are ready! Sitel will begin to route calls to your home office. You will have a regular work schedule and access to live support via phone, email and instant message chat tools. The only difference between you as a Sitel HomeShore Associate and Sitel’s Associates working in a center is that you get to work from home!

Does anyone work for them and know about the company?

I worked in one of their call centers for a temporary project a few years ago (oddly enough, activating phones for V****n M*****), and they were professional, paid on time, and paid well. I think it was like $10 or $11 an hour. I have no experience working at home for them though.

I have the same question? I sent an email off to the contact us site. I'll see if they respond. I hope this doesnt mean we have to do onsite training?

Actually, there are over 30 sites in the US for this company https://www.clientlogic.com/global/olapp/default.asp?US
I'm thinking of applying but the nearest one to me is over 1 hr away...

I wanted to apply but they don't have any sites in Colorado. Good luck to everyone else applying.
