How long is your coaching questionnaire you send new clients? I'm finding a difficult time balancing the length. I know I and the client need a lot of info, BUT if it's too long then they put it off. Still new to the format online. Offline I've got it down. lol

I just start from scratch, each person is where they are and I don't like to put them all in the same boat. So I guess mine just starts with what do you want? and I go from there. I am pretty straight forward and don't like to chit chat with people that are not ready to do the work to change.

Hi Shelly, Thanks for posting. So you don't have a standard questionnaire you send out? It's always good to know that others do the same thing I do. lol I just thought it might be easier if I send a form type letter that had basic questions that I need from everyone. But I always end up doing the what are your needs thing back and forth for a bit in emails.
