Did Home Interiors close their doors?

No, there are a lot of rumors flying around about HI. I asked Rachel about this and I was told you could go to their website and read a press release from Sept. explaining where they are in business. They have done some restructuring, but as far as I know they are alive and well!

I just received a catalog in the mail from a Home Interiorsrep and saw another one at a fair. They are still around and have some nice looking items for the holidays.

I want to assure everyone that Home Interiors is doing incredible right now.
We have a new president, some of you Suzanne Consultants might recognize the name, Robin Crossman. Robin has actually made a bid to purchase Home Interiors. If Robin is successful (which we see no reason she will not be), this will completely take out out of chapter 11.
Have no fear, we are truly alive and you will see a "new company" evloving from all of this and we will rise up to be our billion dollar company once again.

Someone that was a consultant with Home Interiors told me that they had about 40% of their items out of stock going into the holiday season. Don't know how true this is, but were I live, even big name retailers are closing their doors.
It would be no shame or surprise that any company would be struggling. There are HARD times!

We do have items that are out of stock. One reason being is that we have switched suppliers on many items. Our entire Better Homes and Garden line as well as our Roma Downey items are no longer with us because we are no longer paying them to use their names on the items we designed.
Hard times, you are right and it happens to the best of all companies. No matter what. We just keep plugging away and believing that all is good.
