View Full Version : Confused about compensation plan

Okay, let's say I sponsor someone into the COTM program.Iunderstand I earn 10% commission on them. So if they were to purchase a case of jar candles for $114.00, do I earn $11.40 or $5.70? The reason I ask is because when I go to online ordering, a com value price is quoted of $4.75 for each jar candle.

Hi Noah's Mom,
You are paid HALF of the commmissionable volume. This mean that you are only paid 10% of the $4.75
Hope that helps!
Many Blessings,
Natalie

You make 10% of the commissionable value. That would be the $4.75.

It's pronounced like Zsa Zsa (as in Gabor) with a "t" and a short "a" added to the beginning. Does that make sense? Thanks for answering my questions. Yeah, I do have one more...are there any situations where you would earn a percentage of the retail amount, or is it always the comm value?

Hi Tazsa,
It will always be comm volume if coming from the company!

What you will notice are some of the items we sell have a commissionable value that is the same as the wholesale price though. The Bella Bars, the Body Wash and the Bella Buns are some examples. Some have a slightly lesser CV than wholesale price - the Body Wash Samples, the Pillars and the air fresheners are some examples.

Yes, you can view each one - click on online ordering and it gives you the cv price on each item. smileys/smiley1.gif
Most companies I was with in the past do some type of Comm. Volume in their calculations. It is pretty standard.
