I have a friend with Cancer. She is needing Insurance - Not a discount plan.
At the moment, she iscovered byCobra.Unfortunately, that will end on November 30. Then, she'll have nothing.
Are there any Insurance companies out there that will cover a Cancer patient....something that would be accepted at MD Anderson and maybe Cancer Treatment Centers Of America.
She is on Chemo presently.

most likely she should take COBRA from her work, exhaust that and then applic for an HIC or HIPPA plan.

I have sold health insurance and know it will next next to impossible to get regular health insurancefor your friend. Companies aren't going to insure someone undergoing cancer treatments currently as that is a preexisting condition. It's not really fair for the insurance company to collect $2000 in her insurance premium and then pay out $100,000 in treatment. If she was in remission, she would have to be cancer free for 5 years beforethe insurance companies would even consider her.

I am Stella and I am feeling sorry for your friend. I think Life Insurance and Health Insurance are very important and useful for us and should have an insurance policy. If we had a policy, than we will free from our future tensions.

the procedure will do same as in personal injury. you have just claim by submit the proof of cancer.
