Which one do you prefer and why?

I prefer a balanced approach. I think both are important. I think they say depth keeps you stable but width gets you more $. In the Cecila Stoll DVD, she says "In Arbonne, if you want to go to the beach you need to be fat!" Since Arbonne pays you as deep as you are wide, you want to add width as your depth increases to maximize your overrides.

I agree with Meg. You want to do both.

Same here Both... My NVP Thea O'Donoughue did just deepth and now tells us never do just one.. she is in the top 10 income earners but tells us that she would have been making a lot more if she had done width at the same time. She is now working on that.

width= wealth but it's important to work on both. If I had to choose one though, I'd do width. I want at least 12serious business builders direct to me. That's my eventual goal. Edited by: Kristigirl

just my 2 cents on this one.....

i think you need start at least 4 wide and then as you are helping them find their 4 you are building depth, but when you get close to them all having 4 under them you need to start building wide again....keep it a perpetual thing build a little wide and a little deep all the time and eventually you will have a lot of strength on your team that is strong both deep and wide.
