Hi everyone, I signed up to be a consultant in December and I'm very excited about Arbonne! I have potential business builders but no one signing up right away like I did. My main concern is making it to DM on soley selling product and losing DM if I do not have any business builders.

Do you lose your DM status if you do not get the volume the following month w/no business builders?

You have a 2 month building period after you promote, where all of your
volume goes to your performance account to help build it up, if the
next month you do not do the 2500 in your central district i believe
you are reassigned. If you do the 2500 retail on your own then you
would remain a DM, you just have to have 2500 retail volume in your
central district to maintain it.

Actually, after your 2 mth. building period, if your central district falls short of $2.5K, it will be deducted from your performance account. You'll still be paid as a DM.

Ifyour performance account is depleted, you'll be reassigned a leveldown(and paid at the lower level). However, you will still keep yourtitle for 6mths (DM), 9mths (AM), 12 mths (RVP).

This will allow you the opportunity to re-build without having to officially lose your title.

The DM level ($2.5K), broken down could look like10 RE9 sets (2 1/2 per wk) or 5 Essential Sets (about 1/week).

This could be done by a single person...but when you do have a team, doing the same thing....imagine the possibilities!

Swiss Skin.

I love the way you break it down! Makes it so much more manageable.

You can maintain DM pretty easily on your own (in my opinion), but you really need business builders to maintain an area unless you have250 $100 autoship clients! That would be nice!http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif

Yes Swiss Skin I forgot to mention about the PA. I do have a
question about reassignment though, cause that is one part I havent
understood, you say you keep your title for 6 months. So if i had
nothing in my PA account, and only did 1500 in a month, I would be paid
on consultant level. And say i only did 1500 the next month, again
consultant level, but the 3rd month I got some new BB's and did 4000. I
would once again be back to DM and paid at DM again?

I believe you'd have to re-qualify based on the SuccessPlan.

And not losing your title wouldallow you the opportunity to re-qualify without having to let "share" with peopleyou were paid at a lower level temporarily.

So if this happened I would
have to get 6000 PRV over 2 months again, or 7500 in 3 to become a DM
again? what is the point of a 6 month maintenance if you are just
requalifying?

Like swissSkin said, so you don't have to tell/show everyone that you have been demoted. I would rather have to requalify "in secret" than have to change my business cards, literature, etc. back to the lower title. Just my opinion.

It's not a 6 month maintenance, just the opportunity to keep your title while you rebuild.

it's Arbonne's way of allowing you to "save face" and not discourage those on your team.

HI

My name is Tatyana. I just joined Arbonne last week. I found two people who want to build business and one customer already. I plan to build fast. It may sound sound silly but I have read the book Creating Your Own Destiny by Patrick Snow. He even has a website: www.creatingyourowndestiny.com (http://www.creatingyourowndestiny.com) It teaches how to reach goals, build your destiny. It is incredible! It is more of personal development but after I read his book my plan with Arbonne became clear and I cannot explain how it happens but something clicks in your brain. (I wished it happened all the time)

My goal is to talk to 5-10 people a day about it. Even if they are in another state.

I do email marketing and if you want to know how I do it just pm me. I know couple reliable sources that can help with advertising.

Massive action is the key in this business. Finding people who want to make money in other states should not be an obstacle because Arbonne likes to use REsults Approach.

WHat I have been doing is to ask prospects to tell me why they want to build the business. Then I give them the website and tell them to watch the business presentation, read about the products and listen to sizzle call. They can read about Arbonne people.

I follow up with them within 24 hours.

Good luck to all!

Tatyana
