Clients have not been able to get into my Beautipage last night or today. Is anyone else having this problem?/

Yes my page is down too! I was not aware until late last night that clients could not get in. I am sure BeautiControl will get the site up and running soon! Hope so anyway

I hope that Beauticontrol gets the problem fixed with the beautipage. They must have a separate server/system for the beautipage vs beautinet because beautinet is still up.

Beautipage is still down but atleast they have a new message when you pull up the webpage.

I just talked to consultant services and Ramone said they are working on getting the issue resolved but they don't have a current eta. In the meantime, he said clients can call client services 1-800-624-4573 to place orders and just have them give your consultant number and you will get credit for it. I know this is a little extra work for our clients, but at least they can still order.
Incidentally, I am really glad I called because Ramone asked what month of DIQ I am in when he pulled up my info in the system. I told him I am in Month 1 but most likely starting over again next month (hadn't decided yet if I wanted to try. Been really stressed over things and was pretty bummed about missing it). Ramone proceeded to give me all the inspiration he could and told me exactly what I needed to hear. He mentioned that anything worth having is worth working hard to earn (which is something I say all the time) and that he has spoken to many Directors who have restarted DIQ numerous times but kept going. He reminded me that with the many cosultants in our company, there are only a comparatively small number of Directors. There is a reason for that. We can either give up when the going gets tough or we can keep going. He reminded me that Barbara Ward (who I absolutely LOVE) started out right where I am and didn't have anything special handed to her to get her where she is today. Any one of us can get to Barbara's spot if we work at it. Then he proceeded to let me know that he expects a ride in my Mustang when I get it. I got off the phone and burst into tears because that is exactly what I needed to hear at that moment. It's so funny when you ask God for an answer because sometimes he has the weirdest way of giving you what you've asked for! I just thought I would share in case someone else was maybe needing to hear it as much as I was. If it didn't mean as much coming from me, call Ramone at consultant services! :)

Bethamy, I know exactly what you mean. Since taking care of Mom I don't get out alot so I watch alot of Church TV; especially on Sunday. But during the week, I listen to Joyce Meyer, 700 Club, and on Sunday, Dr Frederick Price, Joel Osteen. I know that is alot, but sometimes, I feel the same way.. not sure how I am going to make it thru the month and I will be watching to one of these programs and it is like they are talking directly to me.
Or, I will have a client call to place an order. Stay strong..Do like the sprinters do..when they are in a race; they run faster as the race comes to an end. You can sleep and rest Oct 1.
I know when I go toward directorship..If I fell I will pick myself up and start over again only to be stronger the next time around.
