Hi Nicole,

One on ones are great, they give you the opportunity to really evaluate and respond to the customers needs, which really increases your sales.

Skin dryness is often a problem with the clear line, so make sure to reommend the Cell Block C AM & PM to help hydration.

Reprogram is essential when dealing with problem skin, but make sure she's using an SPF withit, otherwise she may get/worsen age spots.

For the make-up, if she has acne prone skinyou'll probablyrecommend the color primers & liquid foundation. The mineral one isn't great for coverage, and if her skin is dry the wet/drymay turn flakey on her. The shadow control cream is great if she's prone to eyeshadow running into her crease, and the eyeshadow colors are wearable by all.

For lipstick, the Platinum Regeneration Sundance is a soft, neutral pink pretty much anyone can wear. Some of the shades aren't lose to the catalogue splotches, so maybe see if your recruiter/director has any demos you an borrow if you don't have any.

Hope that helps!

I agree with KeriM. I love, love, love the shadow control creme for keeping shadow in place with no creasing. If she would like more coverage from her makeup, I personally would recommend the Age-Defying foundation. I have very oily skin, but love the coverage I get from that. I use the wet / dry as my powder. I would also recommend one of the foundation primers for a smoother finish (That would be tailored to her skin tone. I use the natural and love it) I also HIGHLY recommend the Lash and Lid Bath for eye make up removal. It doesn't get into your eyes and irritate them like other brands. Good luck! Let us know how it goes!

Thanks for all your advice. It was very helpful. I actually felt like I knew what I was talking about when I suggested things. However, she decided she needed to "think" about it after I prepared for this consultation for an entire morning and spent 40 minutes talking to her about it. Ick. Oh well. My recruiter says this happens sometimes. I guess you win some you lose some. But thank you for all the suggestions! I really appreciate it!
