Hi Everyone, I am scheduled for my second phone interview with Tele Tech. Does anyone, know how they schedule you for work? I know we will give them our availability and they will schedule based on that, but is that the only way to work or can we choose hours and trade hours if need be? Let me know if anyone has any answers please.

Each project has certain hours that they need agents for. You get to choose which hours you want to work by scheduling yourself during those hours. As long as you schedule and work the minimum number of hours required for the project you are on, you can work how many hours you want that week. The schedule is done weekly so youcan choose different hours each week if you prefer.
