I was hired last year andworked briefly in a technical support position.
I actually went through training twice for my own benefit. I printed out a lot of resource info, made notebooks and still found itextremely difficult.
I was QA'd and did fairly well but the stress and anxiety of fielding calls of angry customers because their service was not working was more than I waswanting to handle. In addition to that, things became very hectic with our other home businesses and I ended up quitting.
My application is still on file and I go in and 'update' it every few months but is that all I need to do to express interest again?
This is the right time for me to work cs from home. I probably should have just rejected the first offer they sent but I was so happy to have been hired, I just decided to take it and do the best I could.
Should I email someone?
Are there any projects that allow you to work 10-20 hours per week?

I work there but dont really know if you can be rehired, dont you have any contact names of someone you can e-mail from the company, I dont know the policy, havent actually heard of anyone quitting before. sorry I cant help more.

i would email the human resource dept... if you still have the rep address... and let them know you are ready to get back to work... i went inactive... and was able to do just that ... and they put me back on active status... Good Blessings to you... WSOL... is still the best WAH... JMO
