Our company is seeking a promotion / customer support representative to
work from a home office in south Atlanta for a online music service
website. This position is part-time with much potential for growth.
Job duties
- Life Phone / Chat Support for customers.
- Promoting the company on Yahoo Answers and similar services.
- Provide helpdesk support for customers.
- Creating weekly reports.
Qualifications
- Positive service attitude - understanding, attentive, courteous, empathetic and patient
- Good work ethic (integrity and honesty)
- Be alert and flexible; be able to multi-task
- Effective and positive listening skills
- Effective and positive verbal and written communication skills
- Strong typing skills
- Active energy level; Must maintain productivity in a fast paced environment
- Eye for detail, trouble shoot and display a high level of accuracy
- Proficient with PC and Internet basics
- Flexible Schedule
- Must be 18+
Hours
Flexible hours; starting at 15-hours a week, Monday - Friday.
Pay Rate
Starting at $7.25 / hour depending on experience and effectiveness. Will be paid weekly.
