Can someone please give me more information about what My World Plus is and how you save money/make money with this?

I already have a My Power Mall. Is this the same thing or are there differences?

I'm not real sure on what My Power Mall has to offer but when you join up with MyWorld Plus you receive a VIP Discount Card in the mail that you can use at 175,000 stores worldwide. You get discounts on things you shop for all the time such as groceries, clothes, household products, dining out, car rental, hotels, oil change, etc. You get cash back savings at over 600 online stores.
