Hello Everyone!
It's been awhile since I have posted but I pop in to see what everyone has been up to.
My question today is..... How do you explain our Compensation Plan to a possible team member? I am looking for something short but that will explain the plan and get them excited about joining our amazing business.
Thanks,

I believe a good way to describe this is our compensation plan makes it possible for people starting out in the business to make a nice income! Many companies will NOT pay 10% on their first line for residual income(COTM) andcommissionablevalue (sales) regardless of how many are in their first line.
Example - If your downline was to ONLY buy the Candle of the Month Club, in order for the earnings to cover your cost you would need only 10 downline members on your first line (add a couple more if you want to factor in shipping, which varies on areas). There are many other large companies where you must have 50+ in your first line to break even! That's enough to discourage a lot of folks! They keep paying for their monthly autoship and only get little residual checks in return.
It's astounding that they've created a compensation plan that works so nicely for those just starting out. What could get you more excited than watching that check grow bigger and bigger every month?! Quite frankly, although many will only do the COTM, many others will blow their business out of the water - and boy will that extra income be SWEET!Edited by: dreamakr36

Sandy-
Awesome answer! I had never thought to illustrate how your downline
can
generate enough money to cover your COTM investment. SMART! smileys/smiley2.gif
I, also was impressed that not only do we start with 10% residual income,
but that our levels go INFINITELY deep (I've NEVER found another
company
to do this, have you?!) and that our commission % goes back UP to 10% on
our sixth level too. I love that the company has a built-in system to
support
and encourage strong leaders who work to build a deep downline.
Do we have a great job with an excellent company, or what? smileys/smiley32.gif
Have a great day and SHINE BRIGHTLY all you Bella Goddesses out there!

First, make sure you understand it fully yourself. That is key or you might find yourself even getting confused by questions by your prospect.
Print off a copy at your company site and know what it takes to reach each level.
Have your prospect print it as well, so you both can go through the steps in explaining it.
And, find out your prospects goals. This will help in being able to show what it will take to reach that goal!
Good luck!
