For those of you who want to move up in the compensation plan by working your business consistently and sponsoring other people into your business, what is your strategy?
As we know, getting paid means getting to work. How are you building your businesses?
I am personally working ongetting to the next level which is Diamond Executive Leader. I have some customers but want more customers, I have my 3key players (business partners)but want more key players. Shoot! I need 9 Diamonds to reach Triple Diamond Executive Leader. I want to build an organization so large that it goes O.O.C. "Out of Control!"
Adding people who already have experience in our industry is a must and being able to plug them into training and a duplicable system is a must too. Couple that with high sellers and people who are great recruiters, just adds balance. That in itself is a part of my personal strategy.
On last nights team call there were some wonderful ladies sharing experiences about moving up the compensation plan. One of them became a Diamond Executive Leader in 21 days and she did it through Massive Action! She is working her business every single day. She is having her events and filling the room as well.
It's about selling, recruiting, training and plugging those new people in, getting them started. It's about going through the numbers fast. It's about getting new business and getting new business partners.
Our upline leader said, "STOP PLAYING and FOCUS!" and she is right. Our compensation plan is one of the best in the industry, hands down, period! If we do not work, we do not get paid and we stay stuck right where we are complaining in the process.
A question was asked about new prospects and working with the people we already have. I am learning that it's about sticking it out with those key people we already have and helping the rest, BUT not to spend too much time with those who are not responding or who are not showing us they want to do the work. We all know them, right? The ones who join but never get going and those who do not respond to you when you reach out to them.
I also heard onthe call about a woman who is about to lose her home, but she is so emotionally "stuck" where she is thatshe'd rather lose her home then come on boardthe Soul Purpose train with us, where she can REALLY get paid.
When it comes to prospects, I now say that if we get a person who is interested in the business and we showed it to them (the products, the prosperity plan, got them on a conference call, etc.) and made 2-3 contacts with them (phone and/or e-mail) but they do not join and they do not even become a customer, NEXT!
What's nice about the compensation plan is that we can place people and move our volume so for instance, if you are about to become a Managing Associateand have $500 in sales and you have 3 Associates, 1 with $100 or more in sales, another with $50 or more in sales and the 3rd person with only $50 in sales, you can ask to haveyour extra $50 moved into that person's volume and another $50 moved into the other person's volume, so that you qualify for Managing Associate!
Look, the bottom line is this, we all need a personal business strategy. Our team already has a duplicable system, but each of us need to look at our organizations and find out what is working and what isn't and what could be fixed. We will each get paid more money with each level reached in the compensation plan, so let's STOP PLAYING and get where we want to be. If we want to reach a certain sales goal each month, work it. If we have people on our teamswho are not doing anything, add more people and work with them. We need to keep it moving in our businesses.

I totally agree Tanya. I have been in direct sales for a few years but, just could not seem to find the right company. When I heard about this opportunity and the same night listened to the opportunity call I knew I was in. I signed up immediately. I see the wonderful potential that Soul Purpose has. I am so happy that I was introduced to the opportunity while it is still ground floor because, I get to see the company grow. I am diligently working my business and I haveintroduced the business to numerous people whom seem interested and then nothing. But, I to understand that all I can do is offer them the opportunity and let them decide. But, I guarantee a year from now a lot of those people are going to be wondering why they did not join.

Wow...this company has really come far and a long way since the beginning of the year! Love that view catalog link! That's really pretty awesome and impressive smileys/smiley2.gif in how the product's picture lights up (and the others stay gray) as you pass your computer mouse over them!
Once I fly into and get settled into my new hometown (Atlanta) next week, I definitely must find a local rep to do business with! I don't want to sell (I make a much better customer than a rep!) smileys/smiley36.gif...I just want to throw business support her way! smileys/smiley4.gif

Audrey, there are a few of us in the ATL. We would love to welcome you as a customer. You are going to love it here. What part of Atlanta are you moving to? Where are you coming from? I'm in Covington -- about 45 minutes from downtown Atlanta. Originally from Arkansas.

I have never heard of soulpurpose. What is it about?
Soul Purpose was founded in December of 2007 and the official launch was in April 2008. Nadine Abraham Thompson formerly with Warm Spirit, Inc. is the President, Founder and CEO.
As a socially-responsible direct selling company, Soul Purpose will redefine empowerment in support of fulfilling individual purpose and vision through the marketing of exquisite, quality products illuminating body, beauty, style and spirit...one person at a time.
Soul Purpose offers high quality, nature-based treatments for everyday bath and beauty care, aromatherapy preparations, home accents and motivational products. The Soul Purpose Lifestyle collection is the collaboration of an international network of product developers, perfumers, herbalists, musicians, graphic designers and writers. There will also be a collaboration with women's cooperatives in Northern Ghana to provide wild crafted Shea butter and honey for use in the new product line as well cooperatives in India and Vietnam.
