I am interested with starting with Aflac. I have very reasonable expectations.

Why are you thinking of starting with AFLAC? As for the beginning there's a learning curve with everything. Once you get comfortable with speaking to people it gets easier. The financial services industry is a very good industry to look at. If you need any licensing info, feel free to ask..Just post which state your in and you will get information.
Something to consider when you are looking at organizations or companies. If your going to be part-time ask who owns clients, if you will have a noncompete clause within your contract and if you reach a commission level do you have to constantly requalify..Also another may be if you willl be captive (only able to sell their products) or independent..(represent many companies)
