Hi All!
Im considering the prospect of starting ChildCare up in my home. I have 3 girls ages 14 yrs, 2 yrs, and 6 months. Right now im working Part-Time at Mcdonalds, and it seems im getting scre-wed outta hours ( bein sent home early/ called and told not to come in.. due to over staffing).. I have had friends and family tell me i should go into childcare... so after much consideration, i decided to put an ad in the paper in a few weeks., as i wanna clean house, and get it ready beforehand..
For those of you that are doing childcare in your home, any TIPS, IDEAS, SUGGESTIONS??? Would be greatly appreciated. Thanxs for any advice you have..

It took me a whole week, but my advice - go through and read all these posts!!! They are very helpful and informative. I got alot of good ideas through them - especially about contracts and such. Good luck!

Hi all.
Pammy and I are looking for a part time Nanny for a little
help with our 1 year old Valerie here in Carlsbad, CA...
Is there such a thing as a good Part Time Nanny anymore?
Or is it just DayCare Centers? We're kinda new at this whole
thing so I figured I'd ask ya and see how works these days...
Thanks
Franco

Starting a day care, is something you have to do a lot of thinking, about before you deceide, to do.
looking after children can be very rewarding.
you have to have it well, structured and enjoy, working with children.
Good-luck
Marie
