who will serve as CS Reps for our Real Estate Firm. Responsibilities will include routing maintenance calls for existing tenants and transferring calls to proper departments, scheduling showings,etc. phone work is minimal (2-3 hours per week), and most support will be provided online.

Well I personally do not feel this is a legit opportunity. I've seen this ad plastered all over the web and 18.25 an hour is not realistic.

It's not...I got the same response from this ad as some others did from DC Alarms. The company that responded to me from this ad was AE Computing but they wanted you to sign up for a trial offer of Go To Meeting.
I already use it for my other VA job but they are just trying to getyou to sign up for the trial.
They get paid referral fees for each person that signs up whether or not they supply credit card information.

Too bad that one isn't legit - there are real ones doing the same things for better hourly rates - don't give up - and Gaylord please keep sharing
