I just wanted to share with you our oppurtunity this month( January). For $179 you can own your own business. I have never seen a company that was so welcoming, and had such a sincere want for you to succeed. I have learned that most of our Directors have gotten to where they are because they realized that the strength of this company lies in a higher power. You will see over and over again in our Monthly Achiever magazine that these ladies are thankful to God and put their hearts in his hands. So, our company is excited about growth, but our first priority is to change the lives of people through our Spas and oppurtunity.


I just wanted to share some tips when looking at being a consultant for any company.


1) always look for a product you LOVE


2) Look for products that are indispensible ( ex. you can only have so many gadgets ect) But make-up, candles, food are going to be replaced. This makes for a better reorder business.


3) watch these message boards and look for a company that is helpful and stays positive.


4)Find the right fit for you- make sure you can be pasionate about it


5) find something FUN


6) Look at company growth and that they SET trends not follow them


7) Find a company that makes it easy for you to keep in contact with your clients.


8) Look at their oppurtunty plans Ex. most companies when you get to Director will give you a company car. We do that, but we also allow you to earn your own Mustang(title and all). You could quit the next day and it is yoursto keep. My Director has one, her director has one and manyother Directors in my unit have one. SO, it is very possible to get.


9) Look and seeif there is a consultant for this company onevery corner. Nothings worse thanto get turned down because most of your town has a consultantalready.


10) Read The Dream Giver by Bruce Wilkinson( great book)


11) Look for a company whose primary goal is to change peoples lives, not be greedy.


12)When you earn Directorship, you Should NEVER EVER have to pay outmoney to beat that level. YOu earned it and your company should cover any clothes you should have to wear, or any vehicle you will be driving.

Thanks for posting this for all who come to our message board! I have been with BeautiControl for almost 3 years and honestly say it is an awesome company! We have had some changes, but they have been all positive ones!


We have a simple spa format which makes it even more fun and easy to do spa parties. New tools like the DVD to help new consultants have a great start and awesome training and seminars like BeautiU!


This is still a ground floor opportunity with plenty of room for growth! Like Tess says, you too could have your very own BeautiControl Red Mustang!

One of the things I remember from training was that my Trainer has been with BeautiControl for 16 years and she said every year, she thought it can't get any better than this, and every year BeautiControl has better rewards, oppurtunities and prizes than the year before.


I was amazed that for 16 years, it just kept getting better and better. I have been in for almost a year and she was right, it keeps getting better and better. I can't wait to see where the next rewards trip is going to be????

Glad you see that what your trainer says is true! This company never fails to amaze me with their awesome products and great incentives for doing something I love!


I know a lot of 15 + year Directors and they say the same thing. It gets better year after year!


Since this is oursilver anniversary year, I am sure the incentive trips and promotions aregoing to be fabulous!

I'm still new to BC--just a month into it!--but I am having a blast w/my business. I never, ever saw myself as the sales or home party type, but this is so unique, so different from anything else that I just fell in love w/it!!

I agree!! I've been with this since November and I LOVE it!


It IS so new and unique in our area, people are really excited to have a spa for their friends. I too never thought of myself as "the sales type" but these products definatly sell themselves!


I work full-time in auto industry and you just never know what will happen in the future. I'm doing this as my "Plan B". Who knows? It might just end up as my Plan A!smileys/smiley1.gif

Anyone, know what our February starter kit will be. I am thinking it will go back to $250, with an extra 100.00 in retail.


I guess we will find out in a few more days.


Remember to book up for March/April


Look for Health Fairs in your area, like at colleges and big Corporations and Hospitals.
