Can the Clear AdvantageSupplement and the Premenstrual Formula be used together? Can they both be used in conjuction with Prolief?

That's a good question. I would refer you to product support, at Arbonne. They should be able to give you an answer.

I spoke with Arbonne regarding this and they let me know that all of the products, as well as the supplements, are formulated to be used together. It is best however, to try one thing for a month or two and gradually introduce other things. For example Arbonne suggested to use the CA sups and the Prolief for a few months and see how that works. If something more is needed, add the Premenstral. Found the call very helpful and just thought I'd pass on the info!

I tell my clients to take the supplements after eating. For some reason the supplements can cause a bit of nausea and vomiting. I heard this from a couple other people. We all seemed to have problems in the morning but not at night.
