I am at a point in my company I need to hire someone on an as needed basis to perform various office tasks such as:

* Enter my contacts' business cards into CardScan
* Verify my inventory on the website
* Helping build gift baskets
* Take care of shipping the orders
* Build various databases
* Enter information into QuickBooks
* Answer phones
* Possibly attend various networking functions on my behalf
* Help when I have a vendor event
* Send out e-mail and print newsletters
* Set appointments


Please note, the hours needed are varied depending on the task. This is an ideal position for anyone needing a flexible schedule or looking for a second job to raise extra income. I work out of my home and this will a position where you can do the same. On certain occasions, you will need to come to my house, but that won't be too often. The majority of the work can be done at your home.
