I don't know if many of us do. There was a discussion a while back about these "leads" but we talking about how some of these are not real-true leads.
For example, there are a few of us, right here at wahm.com, who have received unsolicited emails from people trying to sell us something or recruit us, and the people sending those emails informed us that we were on a lead list they had purcahsed! Yikes! What we discovered is that, unfortunately, someone somewhere just plain took our names and email addresses from here, and since this is a site for work at home moms, they actually labled us as women looking to work from home. Grrr. So, beware of the leads you look into purchasing. They might not be real.

Hi Movingsoon!
I work leads almost exclusively. Mellonie is right, you have to be careful. But there are some really good lead companies out there. Your first step should be to go to www.danijohnson.com (http://www.danijohnson.com) and sign up for her free archived calls. Dani will teach you everything you need to know about calling leads...for FREE. She is the BEST generic trainer in the industry. After plugging into Dani I went from sponsoring 3 people a month to one person a day. Just so youknow, I have no affilliation with Dani and I don't get any credit by referring people to her.
Cutting Edge Media www.cuttingedgemedia.com (http://www.cuttingedgemedia.com) is highly regarded as a good lead vendor. Their leads are sold to you and about 4 other companies, so you'll want to call them right away. I like www.masterleads.biz (http://www.masterleads.biz). They have a really inexpensive package that is fairly decent: you get 120 leads for $35. When you're first starting out I wouldn't spend too much money on your leads because your going to need some practice. In fact, you may want to pick up some free leads just to work on your script. Here's a link you can use for the freebies: http://www.wahm.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=19917&PN=1
If you need any help feel free to pm me.
Good luck!!

I have used leads for a long time now. The biggest key is KNOW ahead what you are going to do with the leads.
Call, mail info, then email, follow up, etc. Be prepared BEFORE you begin working with leads. And, spend some time rehearsing your phone conversation so you are prepared.
Good luck!
