Hi, all! I talked with Pete in the home office and our company web site is not down, it may just be a glitch in an internet router in some peoples areas. Not to worry, keep checking and they usually fix it. It happened yesterday afternoon too.

The problem is with each persons internet routers, not the sites themselves. I still cannot see anyone's website from my internet. Some people are connected so they can see everyone elses. We still can't get in I just tried today.

:) I know its fustrating..the other day when people were having probs I wasn't then yesterday I was lol but its back for me .for now....it will get better!

O.K. all, I am newMia Bellaand my site has been down all day yesterday and again so far today smileys/smiley6.gif. Does this happen often? Is there anything that can be done about it from our end? On a positive note, I really love these candles and cant wait to get started!!smileys/smiley4.gif

No, this doesn't happen often. Well, it hasn't happened in the last 3 months (that's how long I've been with Mia Bella). Hopefully, it will be back to normal soon! smileys/smiley2.gif

It takes longer for some routers, its not the company its the internet..don't get to upset...I know its hard, esp when a customer goes to the site and its not working. Just remember they are upgrading and it will be better!! They did change a few things around on the back office online ordering.

Me either, Kim!smileys/smiley19.gif Actually I have had problems since Sunday. They did say something about 24-48, so maybe sometime today?? Weird that it is not everyone that is still shut out.
