and exhausted!
But it was well worth it.
Here are my top tips:
FOCUS. And STAY FOCUSED. When you are driving and bug kerplops on your windshield, do you focus on the bug or keep driving. If you let the bug distract you, you'll end up in the ditch! But keep your eyes on the road and get to your destination.
20 Dials! 5 connected calls or making 20 dials a day (answering machines and busycounts) will grow your biz! I do this as well, but it's great to hear that so many of those at the top contribute it to consistancy.
Success is going from failure to failure without loosing your enthusiasm!
You can't be responsible for the success and failures of other, but you can walk alongside them.
And believe in your team!
These are my top tips! I'm sooo exhausted Istill I can't think. :-) My goal today is to play with my kids and start getting in touch with my team.

Can I mention one that my unit director mentioned at our wednesday night meeting? Make your phone calls while looking in a mirror. Make sure you are smiling. You will get more yesses if you are smiling. They hear the positive. :-)
