Can anyone give me some guidance? How do you sign up.. website is a little confusing.

On the right hand corner there's a link Sign In or Register. Click on it and a box will appear, go through the steps and then it asks you to choose a plan. They show you three membership plans and what's included. Pick one and the rest is self-explanatory.
