Just curious - but were you actually earning any money with them??? Seems like a lot of sitting and waiting for nothing to earn a few pennies from what I've heard. Just curious.....

i was only with them a week, and got a lot of audios with voice also, i sent them email asking if i can reapply later, and no replies, that was the only at home job i had so i'm backing searching

Try applying at ChaCha to be a transcriber - you'll probably make much more and can also work as an expediter now too.

Do they have strict guidlines with grammar, spelling, etc??

I think any transcriber position would want you to be able to spell, etc... (o:

i have tried cha cha test twice and did not get in, the last time i thought i did good on the test, and my spelling is good

I am very sorry to hear that... momwant2work... try Parameds... I just sent in my resume yesterday and heard back today... also OnPoint is hiring as well.. Good luck and get as many eggs in your basket as you can handle.

That sucks! I am on their waiting list...I have been searching for a wahj for a few months now! Nothing has panned out.I am with payperpost, but there is never any opps for me. I have applied for many customer service jobs, and no luck!

Me too, I thought I was doing great and actually found the audio pretty easy compared to the ones I have done before, but after 14 days I received the same letter. Good news though, I got paid today, so I guess payment is within a week as they said. So if you havent been paid just be patient.

I had the same thing happen to me with idictate. I was told that they would let me know if I was doing bad. I was soooo mad because I had no idea I was doing so bad. I had actually corrected their proofer after she told me I was formatting something wrong when I was given a template to use and she had done two of those wrong. Imessaged her and she got back to me andsaidI was right, she didn't know about the template,and she never fixed the ones she had retyped anduploaded. So of course those are going to get rated low. Oh well, what can ya do. I wondered if they do this to others. I did get paid for everything I was owed though.

I think there is confusion regarding Quicktate with iDictate. 2000 words with iDictate paid me approximately 10 dollars. I could work on a file for 2 hours and end up making 20 which I thought was pretty good. The template thing is true though, because I got a template and did the job as per the template then the proofers told me I had done it all wrong and sent the corrected version. So I replied and told them that that was not the template I had received originally. They never said anything after that, but 15 days later, the famous mail.
