I am a insurance agent andI would eventually become a broker. Is there any one out there who knows a brokerage firm or is a broker that can mentor me.

What lines are you talking about? Just P/C or Life/Health also?

For life and health you can get with a IMO (Insurance Marketing Organization) and build you a team. As for training many carriers
have recorded webcast. One is called brainshark..They explain
the different products. If you are currently selling products and
writing applications and scheduling the med. exams you shouldn't
have a problem.
Many companies have an advanced case department so if you have something (wealthy client) they will help you with the case.
For health business/training consider taking a look at http://ihiaa.com/
I really don't know much about the P/C side, but you can just contact a local agancy and ask questions. From whatI have heard is P/C is a very hands on line.
