Hi, my friends have been asking me about the eye shadow colors, but I only have seen 2 of them and my recruiter isn't much help.
Please help with the following info (I tried Beautinet but it's down right now and I'm looking to get answers to them by the end of this week)
Which duos are iridescent?
I know Bellissima is that's it.
Also, what does it mean when it's called a "highlighter"
Also, what do you do when a client doesn't like the color they chose? I know BC doesn't take them back, but do you ask a consultant?
Thanks a ton!

Deb and all new consultants,
For many years, BeautiControl had eye shadows in sets of three. At Celebration, they rolled out the new line.
Gary Jones describes how to use the highlighters and eye shadows better than I do. When BeautiNet comes back up, look for that information!
I am still playing with the highlighters. I sometimes just wear them and other times I wear it with other eye shadows. The effects can be quite dramatic! I am more of a classic or romantic look, so eye shadow drama is not for me.
Sorry I can't be of more help!
If someone doesn't like the colors they choose, I would replace it for them.

If this is a good client who will reorder from you I would replace the eye shadow. This will come out of your pocket because BC does not guarantee color choices and therefore will not replace the product for you. However, if on the other hand, this is someone that you just can't please and she's not likely to reorder I would just tell her that BC doesn't guarantee color choices and that you can't replace it.
I believe all the duos have at least one of the shadows that are a frost, and only a couple have a matte shadow.Edited by: Spa Diva

I think that replacing the product for credit towards future BC products OR exchanging it for another color would be nice. This person would be happy and you can always use the product to demo. My BC consultant does thisif we are not satisfied(which is rare because we love the stuff), and my friends are more readily to buy knowing the good return policy.

I have a client who ordered the "smoke" eyeliner, and she did not like it because she said it was not dark enough. So, w/her permission, what I have done is let her choose an eyeshadow duo (she chose surf & turf), and I sent that to her free of charge along w/a matching eyeliner.

Another client also ordered an eyeshadow duo, and if she is not happy w/it, I told her to just send it back to me, that way I can use it for demo. Plus, I will refund her money.
