I just got off the waiting list as well. Is the work steady? Do many calls come in when you are logged on? What's the average amount of calls to transcribe? Any feedback would be desired.

Thanks.

Hi! I just got off the waiting list and I have done a few messages. I really like it. The work isn't very steady, though. I wouldn't count on it for your main income, maybe just as one of the eggs in your basket, so to speak.

GL to everyone and enjoy!

Hi,
I just go off the waiting list also and I was wondering if anyone else had problems logging into their system. I try to sign in and it says that the login information could not be recognized. I am looking forward to starting so I emailed julie. I was just wondering if this happened to anyone else.
Thanks.

Hi. Forgive my ignorance. So, this is transcription, & my sis would need the regular equipment? Headset, etc.

thanks for any info you could give me. This sounds like a great opp.

Congrats to all that got in!!

Hi, MsLee! You don't need any special equipment for QuickTate, but you need the foot pedal/etc. for IDictate. QuickTate is just transcribing messages. It's pretty easy.

GL if you apply!

Hi Blinky,
Do you have any pointers for doing QuickTate? Do we just listen and type? Is the audio pretty clear? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

It took me only a few days to hear back from them. I think I applied on the 4th and received the waitlist email on the 7th. HTH

I just started working for Quicktate a few days ago too. It's great "filler" work. I also work ChaCha too so I keep Quicktate up while I'm doing that. Quicktate can also lead to a job with iDictate which has steadier work and pays a more.

Has anyone had problems with their transcription being sent twice. This happened to me twice today and it said that I may have javascript disabled. I am not sure what that means or what I should do. I defintely do want to mess up on my first day. Any help would be extremely appreciated. Thankyou.

I have had that message a few times myself and waiting back on a response as to why that happens from time to time.
