CSS Representatives are Cornerstone's frontline to our customer. Our Remote CSS Reps assist customers with placing orders, account maintenance, and educating customers about product usage in a secure at home setting. We have high quality standards and expect our representatives to treat each call with care and World Class Customer Service. We are currently hiring for FT & PT second shift seasonal positions. These positions could lead to regularat the end of the season.

Individuals successful in this role possess an enthusiasm and love of working with customers to exceed expectations.
The only other additional requirements necessary are the following: Windows 2000 or higher, High speed internet access, Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher (no wireless), PC or laptop computer, Corded Telephone (land line), Latest Critical Security updates and Anti Virus Protection.
