wow, well I had a phone interview about a year ago, it was just answer some questions and role play. I stayed in contact with them, being that at that time thier system was not compatiable with Vista, now it is , and I was accepted for One Technologies project, I dont' know what it is. Training starts Sunday. so I have no idea how it is to work for them

I just went through the interview process and the automated telephone bit was really weird. Has anyone had the same experience??

The first part of it was strange because they asked me to give a response as if I were the agent and a customer called in about their bill. I was supposed to talk like I was the agent, but I wasn't sure how to go about it because there was no customer to talk to. I've worked in several call centers and have experience, but I just wasn't sure what to do.

How did all of you do it?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks smileys/smiley1.gif

I had my phone interview last week. But have not heard a word whether exepted or not. Do they let you know one way or another if you are in the pool?

Yeah, the phone interview is weird. The automated voice I listened to was bad quality so it was hard to make out what it was saying. I think I did well though. They said they contact by email whether you passed or not so from here on, it's just a waiting game now!

I did an automated interview a week or so ago. I received an e mail instructing me to go and select interview times. So I did that and then received an email confirmation with the interviewer's name. So my interview is on Wednesday. Holding my fingers crossed!

Also, what does Working Sol pay?

When projects come up are you given a pay rate based on that and then can accept or not accept or?
