How large is your customer base? Do you send out newsletters by e-mail or snail mail?
Currently I have about125 email addresses and 250 addresses. I was wondering how I should go about and keep in contact with the customersthat you do not have an email address. Any suggestions?

I send out a monthly newsletter to my customers via e-mail. I have been thinking about making some customer care call with a lot of my "good" customers to get their e-mail addresses. It's always nice to touch base with them, see how they are doing, etc...
Ya might want to think about doing that. Just call them and tell them that you are sending out newsletters and would they like to join. My pampered chef gal did that last year and it was great! I get her newsletter every quarter now!

I try to do a quarterly letter, but if there are monthly specials that
they need to know I send a postcard each month! Or I e-blast
them. SLAH and Our Family Favorites has e-blasts tha the company makes
for us with pictures, that we just forward to our customers, they
are really great!

Cheryl: What do you mean by e-blast?? E-mail?? I have lots of customers w/o e-mail - I suppose we can just call them and ask..

Yes, you know like the beaute news you send me periodically from MK! I
also wanted to add that in Jafra, as you have in MK, there is a company
mailing that we can sign up for where the company mails a catalog to
our customers, we just give them the list and pay a small fee. Those
are great! Keeps our name in front of our customer and lets them
know what is new and wonderful with our company!
