Hi, I am new on the boards and new with Verfast, I wanted to know if nayone could help me with a question. I need to know what do you consider a hang-up when doing the survey yellow pages for Verafast. If a person hangs up right as you are starting to say " as a thank you for your time" is that a hang up. And if someone says "hello, I would talk to you but I have to go to an appointment"is that coded a hang up. One more please, If you get to the part where you ask if they have a yellow pages and they say that they do and then hang up is that a hang-up. I think I am doing hang ups when I should be coding. The 1st and the 3rd are hang-ups for sure. The 2nd one is a bit iffy. I'd be tempted to make it a not home/not available. Either way, none of those can be coded out - unfortunately :)
