I got a call from a recruiter a couple weeks back for a interview with New York Life Insurance. She told me that they have a 3 year training wage and buddied up with a agent.
My question is who has done this. I am a little skeptical but am interested in possibly doing this but I have 2 kids to consider and their activities. Any help is appreciated.

Just sit with them and see what they have to offer. Some companies do start you out with a wage, but htne they will slowly change you over to commission only. This may not be the case here. but until you sit down with them you'll never know.

That is the case but its over 3 years. I am going to meet with someone on Thursday.
