I'm going to keep it quick, since I'm only back for 1 day before Chicago. But next Monday I'll have loads!
Vegas was awesome! I made wonderful friends, walked a lot, gambled a little, and leawrned tons
My big things are:
--It's hard, and that's OK. Anything worth working for is! Let your team know from the beginning. I'm always so optomistic and don't see things as hard, that I forgot most people don't look at it that way. So if they struggle, I'm not preparing them that it's normal. But if they climb over hurdles, guess what's waiting on the other side.
--No Minimal Thinking!!!! Don't dwell on failures, but focus on success!
--Just because you are a great recruiter, doesn't mean anything. You need to work on all your skills. Looking at some of those there and where they are at life, it doesn't matter how many you recruit or how much you sell, what matters is how you do it and that you do it with heart taking yourself out of the equation. smileys/smiley36.gif

I am doing a tasting for a Discovery Toy consultant. Shewent to Orlando over the Christmas holiday for an incentive trip. Did you get to choose which trip you wanted to take???
I've never been to Vegas. I'm putting it on my listof things to do. Where did you stay?? Did you win any money???

Wierd. There is only one incentive trip, and this year is Bahamas. There were 57 MVP's who got a training trip to Vegas. Though in 2003 we did go to Orlando for an All Star training trip, but it was in April. So maybe it was a team thing, but it wasn't company wide. We all do the same trip every year.
My Chicago training is a directorship leadership retreat.
Next year is for Rio! I'm sooo excited.

call me up!! i'm in Chicago!! LOL it was warm today.. but i htink 30 and 40 this weekend.. where is convention? at navy pier? have so much fun! oh and I got my package.. thank you!
