Would this help someone suffering from migraines and PMS type symptoms POST hysterectomy? Would the PhytoProlief be a better option?
Thanks in advance for your input!

Hi Leah~
My mom started using the Phytoprolief post hysterectomy and she thinks it is great! You can always order it and if you don't like the results, return it within 45 days :D
As far as the difference, the phytoprolief contains added phytoestrogens. Prolief does not. Phytoestrogens help to balance the sometimes harmful effects of too much or too little estrogen.
Hope that helps!
