Seriesse Int'l was formed 1 year ago. However, Jennifer Flavin-Stallone formed Seriesse in response to the overwhelming success of her Serious Skin Care line sold on HSN. She brought us Seriesse Int'l so EVERYONE can benefit from these amazing products, not just HSN watchers!! lol

Below is a post I made in response to someone's question about Serious Skin Care and Seriesse International which you may find helpful:
Serious Skin Care came to HSN 14 years ago which is when I first started using the products.They started out with FOUR products in the entire line & the company grew very quickly afterward & became HSN's topselling skin care line. An overwhelming amount of customers have contacted Jennifer over the years asking about selling the product b/c they loved it so much but SSC was not a direct selling company and I'm sure 14 years ago was never anticipated that the line would be what it is today.
Hence, Seriesse International was born. All SSC users were among the 1st to be given the Seriesse opportunity to get in on the ground floor which I thought was great. The products are formulated a little differently than SSC with the inclusion of NVesse-24 in all of our serums, creams and oils which is a unique blend of ingredients that creates a breathable moisture barrier between the environment and your skin. NVesse-24 also helps protect the other beneficial ingredients found inside each product from degrading when exposed to heat, oxygen & light.
Seriesse International advertises that Jennifer has been bringing millions of women these incredible products for over a decade through the home shopping network.
So basically, Seriesse International came aboutin orderto bring these AMAZING products to ALL men/women, not just those who happen to watch HSN.

One quick question, if you don't mind. I have used SSC on HSN in the past, and LOVED it. Now for the at-home biz, why did she reformulate the products? I know the inclusion of the NVesse was probably beneficial, but why change the products?
Just asking because I am really interested in selling/buying these if they are similar to the HSN products.

Also too is the mineral makeup the same? I was going to try her minerals and never got around to it.

If you loved SSC, you're going to LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Seriesse products! I used SSC since they first came out 14 years ago. I was using the A cleanser at the time I tried Seriesse & I noticed an immediate difference when cleansing with Seriesse A Wash Essentials. To me, it just makes sense that the product line would have to somewhat differ from those already offered thru HSN. The Seriesse mineral makeup is the only one I've used & I love it. Prior to that, I was a Bare Minerals user.
