What is the purpose of a 'balancing creme'? I've seen this product offered by various skin care lines.

Hey Connie~

A balancing cream helps to regulate your hormonesfrom what I understand.

A lot of women use it for PMS or for hot flashes. My uses it for her hot flashes and she says that she has seen them decrease about 90%!

I've also heard it is really good for people with bad PMS.

Hope this helps!

At the risk of getting too explicit, I take it these cremes are used in the same manner one would use...uh...lubricants or suppositories?

lol~ no problem! thats why we are here to help answer questions!!

it great stuff!! I swear by it for my PMS!! I also used it while I was PG with my son because my progesterone level was low and I had a history of several miscarriages.

Believe it or not it helped me lose 20 lbs.!! Progesterone also helps regulate your thyroid and boy, has it worked WONDERS for me. I still eat the same and really don't exercise (although it is a resolution!). I swear by the stuff....as does my hubby and kiddos! My bad moods have totally dissappeared at that time of the month, I don't get anymore migranes and my sugar cravings are non existant-another reason I've lost so much weight. Oh yeah, I started taking it in August and my weight was gone by the beginning of December! Remember I did nothing different as far as eating habits and lifestyle. I'm sure it's different for everyone, but for me it savedmy life!!!smileys/smiley32.gif
