I'm not losing any money at all. What you get out of it will depend on what you put into it as you know. It is entirely possible to make a couple thousand in several months on the retail side and the residual will be something to build over time. If you are active in craft fairs, fundraisers, and the like which will give you a lot of individual exposure - as well as approach private store owners to see if they can carry your product in the stores - it can be done - it just depends on how active you can be.

I will tell you I have not made a couple thousand as of yet, however I work this in addition to a full time job - Since I started in October, I have made several hundred dollars though and that's better than I've been able to do with anything else. For just starting, to me that's pretty good and will only get better!

The potential is there to make a substantial income, depending on how much effort you devote to your business. The thing I love about Mia Bella, is that you have the freedom to work your business in many different ways. There is Retail, which can include selling through booths, craft fairs, people you come in contact with in person or over the internet, through consignment shops, etc. But this product is also an excellent Fundraiser for organizations such as schools, churches, boy scouts, dance clubs, and the list could go on forever. People love the idea of selling the candles, because it is something that is different than the "typical" fundraiser, and they can make a great profit from it.You can also earn through Residual Income and Building a Team. This is a great way to earn a steady income that comes in each month. There are so many possiblities. I choose to work all areas of the business, as I feel that brings in the most substantial income.

People get our Mia Bella candles under their noses and THEY BUY! It's great!

If you decide this is something you may want to pursue, I would love to answer any questions for you. Just let me know. Feel free to email me or give me a call. My info is on my website: http://www.scentcandlesandmore.com (http://www.scentcandlesandmore.com).

Hi Collegegirl:

I agree with everyone else that you can make quite a good income in this business. It all depends on your efforts though.

As for your other questions, here is what is stated in the terms of our contract:

<LI>Iunderstand that my Distributor position can be inherited or bequeathed, but cannot be transferred or assigned during my lifetime that without consent of the Company which consent will not be reasonably withheld. </LI>
<LI>Company shall deem this agreement in effect upon its receipt and acceptance, at the home office in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. </LI>

There is no mention of selling it though.

This is a great company and we are all here to answer any questions you may have.

Best of luck in your decision.

Barb

Hi Collegegirl!

How is your research into the company progressing? Keep those
questions coming; we are a knowledgeable group of gals!

You will find many answers about how to beging and grow your business
to optimize success and build successfully in a short amount of time by
listening to the company sponsored live business opportunity calls and
team-specific training calls. These are a wonderful resource for
gathering information about what we do, to get a feel for the strength of
the company, and learn from top leaders. Feel free to PM me for a
schedule of these calls. There is an opportunity call this evening,
followed by a great training call, and you are welcome to join us! I'd be
happy to 3-way conference you into the call if you like.

My personal experience with sales has been that it is hard for me to KEEP
inventory! I typically am almost completely out of the COTM items from
the previous month before the new shipment arrives, and have had steady
sales. I should also point out that I have been very passive about
retailing, and STILL I am making a profit each month.

There are MANY success stories within the company, and yes, distributors
who have built a business that generates a six-figure income over the
span of two years. BUT, as with any successful enterprise, it requires
daily vigilance and devotion to building and growing your business.

The key is to find a sponsor and a team with strong support and training
in place, who can map out for you the ways you can build your business
and list for you the tools and training they can provide to help you reach
your goals.

Happy researching. You are definitely wise to look at an opportunity with
Scent-Sations. Anyone who is SERIOUS about succeeding will do so with
this program!

DREAM + BELIEVE = ACHIEVE!]

Thank you for all your answers. The reason why i have not joined is because i am worried about not making any money past my COTM and losing money. Case full orders also make me a little nervous. Thanks .

When you are first starting out, I recommend taking orders for jar
candles. Once you have 6 orders, you have the entire case paid for, and
then have inventory to sell for profit.

Are you currently working out of home, or involved in any groups or
organizations? These are wonderful resources for finding customers.
And the great thing about our product is you don't have to "do" anything!
I have my husband keep a jar candle and a few votives in his office, and
people are just automatically drawn to them if they like candles. One
smell and they are sold.

Also, COTM is really virtually risk-free. You can cancel at any time if the
opportunity is not right for you. I suggest that you join for a month, give
sample votives to your friends who love candles, and get their response.
My hunch is that you will quickly have enough orders to purchase a case,
and you will run out of votives very quickly! If this doesn't happen, you
can submit your cancellation to the program and you have only invested
$40 in a great product you have to use or give as gifts.

Best of luck in your decision, and keep asking questions! Can you get on
the informational call this evening, at 9pm eastern?

CHOOSE success!

Did you know You can sign as an Associate for FREE??

You will pay 30% more for your products, but that at least gets you purchasing and selling to save up to join the COTM because that is ultimately where you want to be to make this biz work and make money!! smileys/smiley20.gif

Here is what I do for my Associates if i know that you are 100% willing to give this a go and want to make this business work. This would get you started selling so you can save enough to join the COTM in a month or two and make sure that this is really the opportunity for you! But i guarantee, that once you see no black, you will NEVER go back!! lol smileys/smiley36.gif

**25 brochures with your label on the back for more information
**6 votives of various scents
**10-15 scent samples to show your customers and take orders.

I alsoprovidefundraising packets, and predesign letters, scripts, etc to help get you started!!

You really have nothing to lose. Call me if you have an interest and we can make this work for you!! http://us.i1.yimg.com/us.yimg.com/i/mesg/tsmileys2/04.gif

It is my goal to help anyone i can who has the desire to earn money from home. Hope to talk with you soon.

Whatever you decide, I wish you the best and hope you find a home here with us and Mia Bella!!! smileys/smiley31.gif
