as white SAPPHIRES to OUTSTANDING performers. Beautiful CERTIFICATES given to
DIAMOND EXECUTIVE LEADERSAND MANAGING Associates and ALL OF THOSE IN
attendance.
We got to experience Nadine Thompson, Dora Chambers, Antonio Adair, Tara
Ellerbe and Toni Coleman-Brown. We saw,felt and smelled some of the NEW
products. WE got to preview our NEW SOUL PURPOSE web sites andTRULY state of
the artback office. WE WILL HAVE A DIGITAL CATALOG YA'LL as well as regular
catalogs. OUR SOUL PURPOSE WEB SITESare SPECTACULAR and they are coming.
DORA CHAMBERS AND ANTONIO ADAIR WERE ABSOLUTELY
AWESOME AND I TOOK COPIOUS NOTES SO you will get to read about what went
on. I TRIED TO GET AS MANY PEOPLE FROM OUR TEAM AS POSSIBLE THERE
and I want to send a thank you to those of you who showed up.
Out of the whole Elite Success Team there were about 60 in attendance. Not bad,
but should have been BETTER.</font>
***PLEASE PLAN FOR THE NEXT EVENT EVEN BEFORE
WE GET THE DETAILS. Plan NOW, set aside your money because it's coming
up.</font>
THERE WAS ALSO A CALL TO ACTION AT THE END OF
THE EVENT, so we are asking each one of our Lifestyle Consultants to
start and continue working your business with the end of this
month in mind! THESE ARE OUR (all of our) ACTION STEPS and they are coming from
our Upline Leaders.</font>
1. Host 1 Lifestyle Gathering before the end of
this month (in your home or someone else's or at another
location)</font>
2. Get $500 in Sales before the end of the
month (it CAN and already has been done by some people).</font>
3. Make your 100 names list and call 10 people
per day! (I have to add 35 people to mine)</font>
4. Host 1 Private Business Reception before the
end of this month.</font>
5. Recruit 5 people by the end of the month
(this can come from that list!)</font>
3-Way Calls and Names Lists were encouraged by
Antonio and Dora and remember, they are multi millionaires in this industry and
KNOW what they are talking about. They say the Elite Success Team is setting
the pace for Soul Purpose, so let us follow a system that works. We can
incorporate New School Marketing, but the old school approach STILL WORKS.
OH AND BY THE WAY, I am dropping the team
name Visionary Dreammakers, because we are all a part of the Elite Success Team
and it just makes sense to "simplify" and "unify." Believe me, it's all
GOOD.</font> Once Double Diamond level is reached it could get
reclaimed, but I totally agreed with Dora, Tara and Toni. We all need
to be on the same page and all these different team names could
possibly cause confusion or even division. We are a separate leg, but we are of
the same mold sort-of-speak.
Dora and Antonio say this business is about
excitement. BE EXCITED because we have something VERY SPECIAL and believe me,
you do NOT want to miss this train! They both stressed to us what we truly do
have with Soul Purpose. Dora herself felt so blessed to be there. I
met and spoke personally with both her and Antonio and they were both in awe
over Soul Purpose and the opportunities this company has and will bring to each
and every one of us. They were both so friendly and so helpful, so full of
knowledge and advice.</font>
There were even some people who are STILL with
Warm Spirit that came out the first night to hear about what is going on andto
see Nadine Thompson. Our beloved Elite Success Team Member, Denise
Williams who is in a wheel chair, camefrom Houston Texas by CAR with her
family!!It took them OVER 24 HOURS to get there. Nadine told her storyAND
gave her 5 white Sapphires for each one of her family members and a special gift
just forher. Nadine is one WONDERFUL lady!</font>

I am telling ya'll, be serious, this is
serious. It's real. Antonio says, "If your WHY doesn't make you
cry, it's not big enough". What is your WHY? Dora says, "If
you are not serious about this business (making excuses, doing it for your kids
but using them as excuses, not working the business, etc.)
quit now." Of course that also means, if you ARE serious about
Soul Purpose DO NOT QUIT.</font>
I'm telling you, this train is moving with or
without us.........let's notmiss the last stop, because we know who the team
players are. Just become and stay a team player.The "sifting and sorting" has
already begun.It's all a matter of asking ourselves, "Are we in or are we
out?"

made it is instant, so if a person goes back to the same link weeks or even
months from the first time they receivedit, the updates will already be there!

We all have to take it to another level! I mean I got to meet Nadine for the very first time and she is fabulous! Dora Chambers and Antonio Adair? OMG! I cannot wait to put the notes together and post them to our team web site! smileys/smiley4.gif
I have a big team but only "some" working the business, but I will tell you, Dora mentioned "replacing" people and "sorting" them out. We can't harp on people who let us down or when business isn't going well for a time. We need to be an "eagle" and find other "eagles" which will be explained in my document. We need to "discipline our disappointments" basically meaning, when we got disappointed over a let down brush it right off our shoulders and keep it moving. I mean she is a woman who has over 30,000 people in her downline with ACN!! Her business IS international.
She also spoke about going O.O.C. with our businesses which means "OUT OF CONTROL" because if we know the first name of each person on our teams, our organization isn't big enough. If our phones are not ringing off the hook and our voicemail isn't full each day, our organization is NOT big enough. WE need to think big and BE big!
Antonio Adair has over 60,000 in his downline with the company he's with!! I like when he said, "If our WHY doesn't make us cry, it isn't big enough." He also gave us 10 things we should master....again and so much more valuable information, I will post all of what they had to say on our team web site.
It was a fantastic weekend and information will be coming out soon regarding our next event! Start saving that money NOW, NO Excuses!
