Is anyone else having this problem again this month? I was never able to track last month's shipment either. I had to call in and find out what was going on. I hope I don't have to start doing that every month. smileys/smiley5.gif

I FIGURED IT OUT!!!!
When you go to the ups link from your website and it says "unable to track" go the left side of the ups page under "TRACKING" and click on "track by reference number". Put your reference number in (from your website, i copy and pasted mine) and the info it requires and it pops up!!
Mine is scheduled to be delivered TODAY!!!!

mine hasn't been processed yet and it is usually done on the 10th. I usually can't track my cotm but I can usually track orders.

OK, so who else is burning their Apricot Freesia this morning? What a
wonderful way to offset the gloomy winter weather we've been having in the
Midwest! For those of you still waiting on your COTM, it is WELL worth the
wait! You won't be disappointed- this one is FANTASTIC and perks up the
whole house!

That didn't work for me. smileys/smiley6.gif When I click on "Click Here to track this order." onmy invoice, it takes me directly to "Track by Reference Number" where it says "Unable to track shipment "136664". I can'tfind an actualTracking Number on UPS's site regardless of which method I choose to track by.

Yes it will take you to the ups site and it will say that it is unable to track, but if you go to the left side of the screen under tracking and click on "track by reference number" a NEW screen will come up and you can put in the refernece number from your website, along withthe date of ship out and your area code.
I tried it again and it came up again.

Hi All, Charlie also left a message explaining the shipment process that is very informative on the general message board on our site. I believe they may be a bit behind this month. They are working on shipment methods that will make it easier to ship products when ordering becomes available through our website. Those guys are awesome. I think they are just working out the 'kinks' so to speak. Hope everyone is having a super-great day! Lesly smileys/smiley1.gif

I tried all that Jennifer said to try and mine still says unable to track. I'm not worried, I'm sure it will be here soon, (but I want it now, lol)

When I go to track my package, itimmediately goesto "Track by Reference Number". I can tell this because it says it across the top of the little results window and it's in bold on the sidebar menu.If I click on it anyway, I get the same screen. If I enter in as much info as I possibly can, I still get the same screen.
I called and spoke with Tara. She couldn't even track it with the access she has and is having the Shipping Dept. research it. Hopefully she'll call me back today. She said they're using a new software for shipping and some customers are having this problem. They're working on getting it fixed, but there's no exact date when that'll happen.
I'm not too concerned with this one since it's my COTM, but I don't want the same problem happening with my customer's orders.
Either way, all I can do is sit and wait. Even though it's really hard to do! smileys/smiley36.gif

Hello, I'm not able to track mine either. I tried tracking by ref # & the same thing...
I thought since I don't live that far away from the warehouse (I'm in DE) I'd get mine sooner. Oh well, hopefully I'll get it tomorrow!
