I'm thinking about applying to working sol. I was just curious, is there a start up fee, is work usually available, are they in the habit of firing someone for not having enough work, how do they pay andhow much do they pay, what type of work do they have you do? If anyone could answer these questios I would really appreciate it.

Thanks

I can tell you that WSOL is a wonderful company to work for. There is no start up fee. Work is usually available, but I know a couple of projects just ended recently or are about to end by the end of this month or next. They contract with different companiesfor different jobs. I think most are customer service type and some are sales. I work on an inboud project currently. They pay by the minute with a hour minimum. So if you dont get any calls in an hour, you are still paid something. It took them about a year to contact me after I applied and that is what I have heard is the usual time frame. But dont let that discourage you, it could depend on your skill or other factors to determine if they will contact you sooner. I do know there is a long waiting list, but it is worth it in the end!!!

HTH!
