is anyone else working today? after about 2 hours of battling the system , it finally logged me in , my first attempt was ABOUT 12 o clock , according to the system and my comp clock , i think the forums time is wrong or its not in eaterm n , cause it stated i made my comment at 9 something i didnt wake up till 10 oclock lol, but thanks gram im gonna make a note of that number for future references. hope everyone have a great calling day

Yea me too. And you are right the time is all messed up on the forum. I worked from 11:30am till 1:30pm. Finally gave up to the machines but I needed to get those 2 hrs in to make my 15 this week! Need that bonus!http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif

It's a bad day for calling. I've only gotten 1 contact so and have been cussed out twice for calling on a Sunday. I need to get my 15 hours in too but I just don't know if I want to continue on a Sunday. I just make have to sneak on tomorrow in the morning. I just get so discouraged sometimes.

I know it does get discouraging but consider this.........as long as u get your 15 in you will receive that bonus. Grant u the credits wont be there but the bonus will be. Good morning all , HIgh kn , i dont have reserved hours on weekends , HOORAY!!, but i do work them if i just really have to , like yesterday i had to do 10 minutes cause i got an email stating i was 10 minutes short of my time , kn i was like you i believe on yesterday got nothing but answering machines and had 4 people to actually answer , 1 went off on me , lol , and i got one yes and 2 no's , but i did get in about an hour and from now on if im missing timei will do it on a friday night or saturday morning ,. But Goodluck to you all today on your calling , and GRAMS goodluck with westat , ive heard of them , do they pay good? and are you gonna work both verafast and west, if so goodluck , hope you make lots of money

I will surprise everyone and agree with people here even though I don't agree with the posts on here very much. I think that there should be some sort of on call person in tech support when there is calling available for us so if we need it we can get help. If it's so important that we get in our 15 hours then it should be as important to have tech available if we need it during calling hours. I'm not saying 24/7 tech support but at least have someone who could be paged or beeped when there is a message so we can get help. But again, only during the times that people are working. It shouldn't cost the company that much money to have someone "on call" to help here and there. I know a little bit about tech support but I'm not sure exactly how many people work there. They could take turns being on call and I think many more people would be more satisfied with their jobs because they have support. I have really good support from my ICC but I know she can't work the 12-14 hours a day that we are able to call. And besides, she can't fix most tech issues anyway. Tech support is really wonderful when they are available and I think Verafast could really build on that positive aspect of their company. If there is a weakness at Verafast, and you all know I don't encounter that many, I do think this is one area that could use some work.
