Had someone call me today that is demoing a re set- said one of the products is actually peeling off- she described like when you get a sunburn and your skin just comes off- says it doesnt hurt and she knows it is not actually her skin but the product - loves the results and her husband has actually noticed an improvement in just the 2 days - but obviously not fond of what ever is peeling off!! any suggestions or comments would be appreciated

??? not sure on this one.... ??? smileys/smiley5.gif Only thing I can think of is she's using way way too much product- maybe the transforming lift?

It is the Lift! She needs to only use the smallest possible amount. The Lift provides wonderful results .... but not when too much is used!smileys/smiley36.gif <!--

Client "says" she only used one pump----but since I didnt stand over hersmileys/smiley36.gif dont know for sure--
I thought about maybe alot of dead skin buildup???? she says she hasnt used a masque or exfoliated in awhile---
is not going to deter her - she is going to sign up as a wholesaler to buy her products---yea!!!! She is a real estate agent with the largest company in town- they have around 125 agents in 2 offices here in town- so should be some good word of mouth going on.....

Are you going to do REsults with her? We have a lot of Real Estate Agents on our team as a result of the REsults approach. You can tell her she signs on and has 2 others sign on and do the same thing and she has a team.
I agree with the others, it probably is the lift. Possibly the serum because of the alpha-hydroxy acids? Sounds like she is using too much. Maybe give her a sample scrub to sample as well.

Jennifer, have spoken with her and right now she is going on just as a wholesaler.... my plans are anybody that she refers to me from "her world" I will put under her and hopefully in the near future be able to show her the benefit of a little work blossoming into a new career...I know how stressed she is from her work and think this will in the future prove to be something she will go from buying just for herself to building something better for herself....
