Hi everyone,
I'm hoping one of you saw this special at the end of December. One of my 'wholesale clients' went on-line and used her $50 Holiday voucher and purchased one of the Reactive tea tins, because she thought they were 2 forthe price of one. When she got her order today she only recieved 1 tin. I never noticed that special so I just wanted to check with you all to see if anyone else knew about it. I will call Arbonne tomorrow to see what they know.
Thanks for your help,
LMichelle

I used my voucher for the deal too. Only one arrived. I called Arbonne and they sent out another one. Be sure to have the order number when you call.

They did do the 2 for 1, there was a glitch of some sort. Arbonne will send the missing ones, just give them a call.

Same here, I only received one. I called and they sent one right out.

I did the same thing, but ordered it through my hostess special for my hostess, imagine that. I called and they said, Oh, it only counts if you ordered it in the regular section, if you used any specials to order it, it didn't count two for one. well, if I would have known that, I would have stuck it up at the top and put something else from the order in under the hostess special for the same price! Anyway, she said she would send me the two I was missing, even though I didn't really deserve them. So I got them, but I think the whole thing was confusing.

I just called Arbonne to correct the tea issue. Since I didn't have the orginal reciept to fax to them they wouldn't honor the 2 for 1 deal. I ended up having to buy her a new one and pay for the shipping. Something that should have been free ended up costing me $17!! I've never been frustrated with Arbonne's customer service before, but now I am!
Thanks for listening to me vent!!

I think it was very tricky the way you clicked on the item and it said two for one special, but then when you added it in anywhere but the regular order place, it didn't translate. I didn't read too closely, because I never imagined what it said in the shop online page was restricted. The customer service girl just kept saying no specials apply when you order in the host special area. But I ordered the Guava berry in teh same place and it was a two'fer closeout and I got two of all of those. So it was inconsistent. But sure enough, I looked aback at the order i printed out and it did not say 2 for 1 in the ones I ordered in teh hostess special area.
She still sent them to me, but I guess they put a stop to that with so many people calling in for extras.
I think they should have given it to you!
bummer.

I was bummed, but I'm over it now, at least I got $14RV from it. As I posted in another post I'm struggling for volume this month. I think it's just the shipping costthat bummed me out, that gets pricey.
I have always had great results when dealing with Arbonne's customer service, I guess it just caught me off guard that they weren't bending over backwards to help like the usually do. I still appreciate all they do for us.
Thanks for listening to my gripe.
